Artisan snags such as Tasmanian fallow venison, wallaby, cranberries and lemon myrtle; Tasmanian grass-fed beef & green peppercorn; Tasmanian pork, thyme, sage & marjoram; are available in take-home packs or cooked and served in a freshly baked bread roll topped with bbq onions, apple slaw, grated pecorino cheese and Little Island Tomato Relish.
Thirsty? Why not wash it down with a Gillespies Ginger Beer? Gillespies have been making ginger beer since 1820 so these guys really know their stuff. With two recipes available try the Traditional or if you like a little extra kick try the "XX".
